Planning Agenda for a Usability Test

Planning Meeting Agenda:

  • Define goals for the test.
  • Establish the parts of the product to test.
  • Create the screening questionnaire.
  • Create the task scenarios and post-task questionnaires.
  • Decide how to measure usability (quantitative and qualitative measures).
  • Establish method for analysis of data (top-down using heuristics or bottom-up using affinity diagramming).
  • Establish dates for testing, equipment needed, and evaluation room configuration.
